The Club
Ely Netball Club welcomes new adult players (18+) of all abilities and we are always happy to have new members. We are a friendly club who offer the opportunity to play competitive netball in a variety of different ways whether that be attending training sessions, playing in friendly matches, league matches or all of the above. Whether you are just returning to the sport, have never played before, have recently moved to the area or are just curious to give us a go we would love to see you. Check out the rest of the site for more information.
What We Offer
Ely Netball Club has two halves - traditional 7-a-side netball as well as walking netball sessions, both of which are great fun.
Our 7-a-side netball club runs training sessions every Wednesday at the outdoor courts at the Kings' school in Ely from 19.30 until 21.00.
Our walking netballers’ training sessions are on Tuesdays during term time at Ely College from 19.00 until 20.00.
For more information about our 7-a-side and walking netball including teams and match play please check out their respective pages.
Membership
We offer 2 free training sessions so that you can see what you think and whether we’re a good fit for you. After that we ask everyone to pay a monthly membership fee of £12. Membership gives you benefits such as being able to attend both 7-a-side and walking netball training sessions, subsidised social events & kit, and the opportunity to play in friendly matches and tournaments.

Apart from playing, there are other opportunities to get involved in netball. If you are thinking about taking an umpiring or coaching qualification Ely Netball Club can support you, help you obtain funding, find courses and most importantly get you that much-needed practice and experience.
Ely Netball Club expects all players to adhere to the England Netball Code of Conduct and treat captains, officials, coaches and fellow players with respect.
